Shipping Policy

We Ship

We are happy to ship your order anywhere within the continental U.S. and Canada.  We currently do not ship to any other locations.  International Shipments can be subject to additional brokerage fees, duty fees, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lead Times

All orders will ship within 24 hours after payment is received and processed with the exception of GalloWood Cabinetry order. GalloWood Cabinetry orders ship 3 – 4 business days after payment has been received and processed.  All special orders including orders requiring doors to be prehung will be shipped in 7 – 10 business days unless otherwise stated at the time of the order.

Delivery Times

All delivery dates are estimates. We cannot guarantee specific deadlines. We recommend you do not schedule installation until you receive your product.


When your order arrives please verify the following:

  1. Visually inspect the condition and entirety of the shipment.  Be sure to note missing items or damaged materials (Please take photos if possible).  Your order confirmation email lists all the materials and quantities you ordered.  You will need to examine the shipment and count each item to make sure everything ordered has been received.
  2. IMPORTANT:  DO NOT let the driver leave until you have verified that you have received your complete order in good condition.  Any damaged or missing items must be noted on your delivery receipt.  If not noted, it will increase the amount of time required for us to resolve any potential issues.
  3. All deliveries are curbside. This means that someone must be home to take the material from the trailer to your home. The driver will only unload to the curbside and is not allowed to enter your home.
  4. Taking into consideration the many variables in shipping, we strongly recommend that you do not schedule your installer until after you have received your order in its entirety. Manufacture times, weather, supply-demand conditions and replacement shipping for damaged items are just some of the instances that may delay your order.  Please schedule your install to ensure you have allocated enough time to receive your order. We cannot be held liable for failure to meet scheduled install dates due to delivery.  Delivery dates are approximates, and as such, cannot be promised under any circumstance.

Return Shipments

Once an order has been loaded and is in route to the shipping address, Home Center Outlet will charge all applicable shipping fees as part of the return. The customer is solely responsible for all outgoing and return shipping costs.

In-Store Pickup

Home Center Outlet offers in-store pickup at our Atlanta, Georgia location.  All online purchases made for in-store pickup will be available for pickup within 1 hour of purchase. You must provide a picture ID and copy of order confirmation before we will release the product. The name on the ID must match the name on the purchasing credit card.

If you would like for your contractor or a third-party to pick up your purchase, you will need to come into the store and complete our in-store pickup form.  At that time you will need to indicate who you are allowing to pick up the merchandise. The person picking up the merchandise will need to provide a valid Government issued ID prior to Home Center Outlet releasing any merchandise to this person.
